Litter's Planned
for 2010
This year I have decided to concentrate on sables with
the core of my pedigree and bring out the virtues again. I have some
well thought out litters on the way this year. See below for
pictures and pedigree's.
If anyone is interested in show/breeding stock from
these crosses please contact me. It has been such a deep thought out
process to build these particular pedigrees and has taken many years of
study and work to get to this point. They are deep in quality. I am
really excited to see what these litters will produce. Each litter I
have had over the past few years has given me litters very deep in
quality with most of the pups in the litters being retained as
show/breeding prospects. With some litters I have had to let some go as
pets as I just could not keep them all! I have never had that many
quality puppies to choose from in individual litters in the past as most
times you are lucky to get one or two prospects so I know I am doing
something right if I am getting this much quality and consistency in my
litters.
There will no doubt be some wonderful pets from these
crosses, as I said I can't keep them all. It looks to be a mostly sable
litter this year though.

Aberdale Windfall Blaksmith "Krook" |
Aberdale's Alluring Image "Aubrey" |

This breeding is a very nice tight breeding. Aubrey's dam Celine, is
litter sister to Krook and it doubles up on our best dogs BIS.AM.Can Ch.
Katie and 4 x Am.Can.Ch. Sterling ROMC. I am very excited about the
potential of this cross. Not only is it classical Bracketts**
formula but Katie was also bred back to her grandsire to produce both
Krook and Celine (Aubrey's dam) Both Sterling and Katie
are OFA Excellent, thyroid normal including Tgaa negative, eyes normal.
Krook is OFA good and Celine and Aubrey are both OFA Excellent as well.
Not to mention that Sterling was still going strong at 12 years of age
and his dam's litter sister recently passed away at 16. Katie's sire
(whom I recently had the pleasure of again seeing in person as a grand
old man) is also going strong and still siring at 14 years of age.
So longevity is in the genes. It will be a 17.7 % co
efficient so should be very strong for producing the family virtues as
well as good heatlh.
- **Classic Brackett's formula.
- "Let the sire of the sire become the grand sire on the dam's
side"
